Order PRO from €3.45/year
Originally restricted only to lawyers, accountants, physicians and engineers from France, Canada, Germany, the United Kingdom and the USA, the .PRO domain name extension is now open for registration by certified professionals worldwide. There are still plenty of vacant .PRO domains. So, even if you already have a cool dot COM or dot NET-based website, make sure you build its dot PRO version to PROve your professionalism! It would be fine to just forward the .PRO version to your original web site.
.PRO domain registration requirements
As mentioned above, the .PRO top-level domain name extension is available solely to authorized professionals. This goes to say that applicants need to confirm that they offer professional services and remain in good standing with the licensing authority. .PRO domain names can be registered for up to 10 years, which allows you to guarantee your ownership of the domain name for a long span of time.
How to Register a dot PRO Domain
With EMDICOM, you can quickly register a .PRO domain - just follow our domain name registration wizard. Notify us which domain name you prefer and we'll instantaneously send your domain name registration application to the registry operator of the .PRO top-level domain name. Then you will be sent detailed instructions on how to submit your Authentication and Verification information. You will have a lot of time (forty four days) to complete this step.
Once your dot PRO domain has been registered, you will be able to use our point & click Domain Manager, which allows you to change your WHOIS information, to add custom DNS resource records, and much more.
